Dreaming together, with the same intent to better the world, is powerful beyond words. Like large group meditation, dreaming together changes the physical reality, but on steroids—both for the dreamer and the physical reality.
Setting intent to dream together is simple, fast and easy. It will take you less than three minutes before you go to sleep each night.
Setting of collective intent is also powerful in speeding cultural change in organizations (aligning mission, vision, and values).

Then, continuing to breathe, go through your script either out loud or in silence. When you complete the script, simply go to sleep as you normally would. That’s it!
